Delivery times vary by location, but you will receive your order within 20 days, most likely much quicker

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Delays & Issues

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

1. Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

A photo of the item (clearly showing condition and packaging)
Reason for the return
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved:
You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original and place a new order.
